The Client Development Advisor is Buckingham’s storyteller, illuminating the service offering to prospective client and business opportunities. The Operations Specialist (OS) serves in a cross-functional capacity in Advisor Services.  The OS offers support to the other 6 operations teams and serves as a knowledgeable bridge between the teams.  This role is responsible for having a wide breadth of knowledge – the OS should be familiar with the processes and procedures of each BSP operational team, having the ability to assist with processing of most request types.   The OS may have 2-3 “specialization areas” (i.e. Cashiering & Transfers) where they are able to function at the same proficiency level as a specialist team member.  In addition to processing and assisting with cross-departmental projects, the OS plays a crucial role in our DocuSign offering.  This includes, but is not limited to, working with other OS team members to ensure the work is delegated in a manner that we are meeting our SLAs.  In addition, the OS creates and sends DocuSign envelopes for signature, process the envelopes when they are returned, and overall is responsible to making the experience seamless for the advisor and their client.  Flexibility is a key part of this role as an OS may be required to switch gears throughout the day in order to assist our operations teams with meeting critical processing cut-off times, particularly during periods of high-volume spikes.   The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Buckingham provides associates the opportunity to work a hybrid model. Teams are typically in the office 2 days per week and have the ability to work from home 3 days per week. This position requires some in-office work and cannot be 100% remote.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities   - Commit at least 50-60% of the work week to processing advisor requests (additional time during high-volume seasons). - Commit 40-50% of the work week to assisting the DocuSign effort. - Communicate with advisors directly, both verbal and written. - Assist and advise during process improvement efforts and new operational initiatives. - Serve as an Advisor Services advocate, partner, and subject matter expert both inside and outside the organization. - Occasional attendance at client events during and outside of normal business hours (National Conference, Operations Seminars, etc.) - The OS may also be responsible for training and troubleshooting with internal associates and clients, particularly on our DocuSign offering. - Overtime may be required, specifically around high-volume times such as the end of a quarter and tax season. He / she is responsible for setting product vision and roadmaps and driving execution to guide the InvestCloud product through execution lifecycles.  He / she has a deep understanding of the value InvestCloud brings to Buckingham advisors and can speak to how InvestCloud works, how it is adopted, upcoming changes, and how InvestCloud helps Buckingham differentiate / be an industry leader.   The Product Manager - InvestCloud is data-driven as well as customer-driven and can balance relationships with Business Owners, vendors, internal engineering & development, Advisor Product Support, and other business stakeholders (ex. sales, client service, legal, etc.)     Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Contributes to the strategy and vision of InvestCloud - Owns the InvestCloud product roadmap for Buckingham and ensures the right set of priorities and trade-offs have been made - Understands the changing competitor and advisor & client landscape - Monitors advisor & client feedback to inform product direction and evolution - Serves as primary contact point between the InvestCloud teams and teams within Buckingham - Collaborates with advisor / client-facing teams to gather feedback (BSP and BSW) to shape product specifications and identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements - Oversee product changes and usage - Lead collection of requirements for enhancements to the product to relay to vendor - Executes projects and initiatives related to the enhancement of InvestCloud for Buckingham - Drives change management for any enhancement or change made to InvestCloud, including writing change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, communications, training, and stakeholder management. - Leads training and information sharing initiatives related to InvestCloud and its features - Works closely with Business Owners and other internal stakeholders to ensure integration of products are working properly - Maintains and tracks a set of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the value and success of Buckingham’s deployment & usage of InvestCloud. The Associate Wealth Advisor is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a planning-centric team of advisors to design, build, and protect the financial dreams of clients. This individual will partner with a Wealth Advisor to care for client relationships by actively participating in the financial planning process to address retirement, risk management, estate, and tax considerations. In addition, this individual will be responsible for managing the database of client information and requests, a resource to articulate our investment philosophy, and organizer of best practices.   Buckingham provides associates the opportunity to work a hybrid model. Teams are typically in the office 2 days per week and have the ability to work from home 3 days per week. This position requires some in-office work and cannot be 100% remote.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Develops a mastery of Buckingham’s evidence-based investment philosophy - Resource for other AWAs at Buckingham - Create, edit, and present financial plans through Money Guide Elite, Orion, and Holistiplan  - Creates a personalized Investment Policy Statement and holistic investment strategy for each client - Ability to independently lead client communications and interactions - Develop an understanding of the fundamentals of trading.
