As a New Accounts Associate, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team responsible for supporting our network of advisors in all things related to account opening. As a member of the Advisor Services Team, the New Accounts Associate will work with other team members to open and maintain accounts with our custodian partners as well as on our portfolio management systems. The Trading Strategist works under the Director of Portfolio Management. The Advisory Team Manager (ATM) role is an integral part of the advisory leadership team focused on execution of key day to day business strategies through managerial oversight and being a model practitioner and leader of Buckingham’s defined client experience. The ATM works closely with their leader, the Buckingham Strategic Wealth President, and partners with other department managers and the Advisory Team Directors to ensure teams are meeting their goals outlined business plans  and have the resources and skillsets to succeed.    This individual will drive planning and end service standardization levels through the management and development of Associate Wealth Advisors (AWA), who have responsibility for maintaining strong relationships with their team’s clients and working closely with the lead Wealth Advisor and client service team. This leader will manage a team of 20+ advisors and ensure each are excelling at daily AWA responsibilities and meeting the goals and metrics tied to their team’s unique goals and business plan. As a member of our Office & Administrative Support team, the OASA functions as an “officer of first impressions”, playing a critical role in delivering an unparalleled client experience and advancing the mission of our business: to design, build, and protect financial lives.     Working in tandem with our Client Service, Facilities, Supplies, & Client Experience teams, the OASA will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and associates alike, greeting them with a warm smile, a spirit of care, and helping with a variety of administrative and office support functions.     This position is part time Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:30 am-5:00 pm and is located in our Colorado Springs Office. The Advisor Communications & Materials Manageris responsible for wealth advisor communications programs delivered through email, portals, and related distribution channels supporting both the Buckingham Strategic Wealth and Strategic Partners business units.     This role is highly collaborative and will be an integral part of the Client Experience & Communications team. In addition to managing communications, this individual will also contribute to technology platformprojects, training tools, advisor events, and supporting infrastructure (Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Microsoft SharePoint).    As a key liaison betweenadvisor-focused departments they will also partner with the Creative Services and Marketing teams to optimize content and communications strategies based on usage metricsand advisor feedback.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities   - Manage the weekly email summary bulletins (AWN and Beat)   - Maintain respective “News” sites for the BSW and BSP lines of business (The Beat and Advisor Portal), working with respective stakeholders to ensure a useful, curated stream of updates  - Create and implement a review process and audit for materials, capture the timelines for reoccurring updates and remove dated or unused materials using existing content management repositories for advisorssuch as Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce Experiencecloud  - Develop a communications calendar, cadence, and distribution plan for advisor audiences  - Establish appropriate communication (i.e., weekly/monthly check-ins) with necessary stakeholders/teams to improve the efficacy of current materials and to discuss needs or plans for future material development and/or discuss any questions pertaining to existing platforms  - Support the team in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to help execute, manage, and track email campaigns   Basic Qualifications   - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Project Management or Related Field  - Experience: 3-5 years within investment or wealth management industries OR 2+ years experience with Buckingham  - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful advisor communications programs with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write for a variety of audiences and channels  - Independent, self-starter individual with strong technology skills, exceptional written and verbal communication talents, and track record in working collaboratively across business units  - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. The Product Manager - InvestCloud is directly responsible for the success of Buckingham’s deployment and usage of the InvestCloud platform. He / she is responsible for setting product vision and roadmaps and driving execution to guide the InvestCloud product through execution lifecycles.  He / she has a deep understanding of the value InvestCloud brings to Buckingham advisors and can speak to how InvestCloud works, how it is adopted, upcoming changes, and how InvestCloud helps Buckingham differentiate / be an industry leader.   The Product Manager - InvestCloud is data-driven as well as customer-driven and can balance relationships with Business Owners, vendors, internal engineering & development, Advisor Product Support, and other business stakeholders (ex. sales, client service, legal, etc.)     Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Contributes to the strategy and vision of InvestCloud - Owns the InvestCloud product roadmap for Buckingham and ensures the right set of priorities and trade-offs have been made - Understands the changing competitor and advisor & client landscape - Monitors advisor & client feedback to inform product direction and evolution - Serves as primary contact point between the InvestCloud teams and teams within Buckingham - Collaborates with advisor / client-facing teams to gather feedback (BSP and BSW) to shape product specifications and identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements - Oversee product changes and usage - Lead collection of requirements for enhancements to the product to relay to vendor - Executes projects and initiatives related to the enhancement of InvestCloud for Buckingham - Drives change management for any enhancement or change made to InvestCloud, including writing change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, communications, training, and stakeholder management. - Leads training and information sharing initiatives related to InvestCloud and its features - Works closely with Business Owners and other internal stakeholders to ensure integration of products are working properly - Maintains and tracks a set of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the value and success of Buckingham’s deployment & usage of InvestCloud. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree - 5+ years of product management experience - Business analysis skills - Project management skills - Proven ability to deliver on commitments - Ability to define solution options and evaluate technical feasibility - Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability of working well within a team - Ability to influence outcomes across teams Buckingham’s Compensation and Benefits   This is a salaried position with an opportunity for an annual bonus and long-term incentives as well as a competitive benefits package and potential to purchase firm equity.
